ABOUT SOUTHERN GRACE HOSPICE
Founded by a nurse with a passion to change and improve end of life care in our community, our guiding principle is to “Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2)
Southern Grace Hospice serves terminally ill adults, children, and families in Georgia.
In addition to hospice and palliative care, we also offer pediatric and perinatal programs for children facing life-limiting illnesses.
